I am Johanna Kazungu, partner, mother of four, and on a mission to learn how to love everyone and everything in my life. Discoveries of a mom is a space for me to share some of the learnings along the way.

Apart from my own reflexions and discoveries, I also offer to share teachings from Tessabella Lovemore PhD, whom I am honoured to call my mentor and friend. She describes her childhood experience of love as a deserted landscape in which only her love for her little sister taught her what love is. Despite these humble beginnings, Tessabella has managed to grow her capacity to love to the point where I am continuously in awe of her compassion, empathy, and deep love for the people she engages with.
She has shared her insights and hands-on exercises in four courses. They have become my valued equipment and tools on the journey to learning to love everyone and everything in my life.
