I am Johanna, partner, mother of four, and lifelong learner. Discoveries of a mom is a space for me to share some of the learnings along the way.

Apart from my own reflexions and discoveries, I also offer to share teachings from Tessabella Lovemore PhD, whom I am honoured to call my mentor and friend. Having come from rather humble beginnings with regards to the love she received and was able to share, Tessabella has managed to grow her capacity to love to the point where I am continuously in awe of her compassion, empathy, and deep love for the people she engages with.
She has shared her insights and hands-on exercises in four courses. They have become my valued equipment and tools on the journey to learning to love everyone and everything in my life.
